These terms govern the prelaunch information site. Production terms will require additional legal review before the application launches.
All product features, timelines, and capabilities on this site are described as planned, in development, or intended. Nothing on this site guarantees a launch date, feature set, or final implementation.
Do not use the site to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with service operation, probe security controls, or automate abusive requests.
The early-access form may be rate-limited, rejected, or removed when submissions appear fraudulent or harmful.
Future representative records will require source attribution, contextual accuracy, correction paths, and rules for disputed material. Those submission terms are not yet active.
Site copy and sample interfaces do not assert facts or scores about any real representative.
The prelaunch site may change, pause, or end without notice. Joining the movement does not guarantee app access, a launch date, or a particular feature.
No social credit scores shall be created with this technology by Civic Ledger AI Ltd. or Checks and Balances Committee Ltd., or in any implementation that either company develops, operates, governs, or licenses.
The platform shall not use citizen identity, political opinions, lawful speech, associations, ratings, petitions, evidence submissions, voting choices, criticism, or civic activity to calculate a generalized reputation, conformity, loyalty, eligibility, or trustworthiness score.
Purpose-specific credential, submission, moderation, and evidence states may be used only for their defined function and may not be combined into a portable citizen score.
Future Representative Accountability Scores are intended to evaluate the exercise of public power through a defined office, term, source-backed record, and community response.
They may not be used to govern an individual’s unrelated private life or access to ordinary rights, employment, housing, credit, insurance, mobility, benefits, or services.
