Interactive concept. The application is in development.
Human verification. The separate community-attestation layer supports qualifying human and purpose-specific participation proofs.
Public-government intelligence. Civic Graph, source monitoring, public-body mapping, office and jurisdiction resolution, record normalization, provenance, change detection and Mirror State infrastructure belong here.
Representative accountability. Persistent public-role identity, profiles, timelines, analysis, swipe interface, representative ratings, responses, disputes, corrections and community-input methodology belong here.

A parallel, participant-controlled portable civic profile. It does not become the property of any application. Permissioned access does not expose private profile data to the public Mirror State.
Identity remains with the person. Government records remain inspectable. Political judgment remains attributable to the person who authorized it. Mirror State is not an operational government or legal authority.
